Managing Director - Paul has over 25 years experience in advising both public and private companies in evaluating and completing merger, acquisition and financing transactions. He has represented clients in many industries including extensive experience with industrial, consumer products, manufacturing, distribution and business services companies. Prior to joining The Fortune Group in 1995, Paul helped establish and served for five years as a senior officer with US Bank’s investment banking affiliate in Minneapolis. From 1981 to 1988, he worked in corporate finance for Shearson Lehman Brothers, both in New York and London, leaving in 1988 as a senior member of the firm’s Industrial Group. Paul earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS, summa cum laude, in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri - Rolla.
